The Civil Rights Compliance Coordinator's ("CRCC") primary function is to coordinate Florida Community Care’s compliance with the requirements of civil rights laws which prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

Florida Community Care (“FCC”) is committed to providing all people with an equal opportunity to participate in its programs, services, and activities. Complaints

If you believe that FCC or one of its contractors has discriminated on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex please see the FCC’s Nondiscrimination Grievance Procedure for directions on how to file a complaint using the recommended Nondiscrimination Complaint Form.
