If you receive Medicaid in Florida, you may qualify for Florida Community Care’s Long-Term Care Plus Plan. Florida offers a long-term care program to people age 65 and older who require nursing home-level care. It is also for people age 18 or older who are eligible for Medicaid due to disability and require nursing home-level care.
The Florida Community Care Long-Term Care Plus Plan covers services provided in nursing homes, assisted living facilities. It also covers some services in your home.
